What is OTPConnect and how does it work?
We rent you a temporary virtual phone number for a specific app (like WhatsApp or Telegram) and country. You use that number on the app's signup screen, the SMS arrives on our side, and we show it live in your dashboard. Copy the OTP, verify, done — usually in under a minute.
What does "pay only per OTP" mean?
You are charged for a number, but if it never receives an SMS you don't pay for it: press Cancel, we verify with the provider that no code was delivered, and the full amount is refunded to your wallet automatically. Only delivered OTPs are paid.
Which countries and services are supported?
Over 190 countries including India, USA, UK, Germany, Brazil, Indonesia and Pakistan, and 1,400+ services: WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Google, TikTok, Discord, dating apps, fintech, crypto, gaming and more. Availability per combo is always shown live before you buy.
How long does the number stay active?
Numbers are held for about 20 minutes. Most SMS arrive in the first 2-3 minutes. If nothing arrives within the hold window, you can cancel for a refund once the provider allows it (after 2 minutes).
Can the same number be reused by others?
No. Numbers are disposable and one-time-use, assigned to you for the hold window. But remember: if you lose access to the account later, you cannot receive a fresh OTP on that number again — for important accounts, link a permanent recovery option.
Which payment methods work for wallet top-ups?
The wallet is topped up through our UPI-based gateway (Paytm, FamPay, BharatPe and custom UPI accounts). Money is credited automatically the moment payment is confirmed on our servers.
Will every app accept a virtual number?
Most do. Some services (notably certain OTP-sensitive platforms) may reject numbers from virtual operators. That's their policy, not ours — the price is fixed and refunded if no SMS arrives at all.
Do you keep my data?
Minimal only: username, email and hashed password. No KYC, no phone number required. SMS content is relayed to your dashboard and not stored long-term. See our Privacy Policy.
Is there a developer API?
Yes — every account has a REST API key. You can buy numbers, poll for codes and cancel programmatically. Docs live on the API page with copy-paste curl examples.
How fast are refunds?
Instant — the moment the provider confirms the activation can be cancelled, the wallet is credited. You can rebuy immediately with the refunded balance.
