Refund Policy

Pay-Per-OTP Guarantee

You only ever pay for OTPs that are actually delivered. The flow is:

1. You buy a number; the amount is held from your wallet.
2. If an OTP arrives — the charge stands and you are done.
3. If no OTP arrives within the hold window, you may press Cancel. We verify the real activation status with the provider first — we never refund on guesswork and we never keep money for a number you couldn't use.
4. Once the provider confirms the cancellation, your wallet is credited in full — instantly.

When a refund is not applicable

• The OTP was delivered, even if you did not use it (including codes that arrive just as you cancel).
• The service you targeted rejected the number for its own policy reasons while the SMS itself was received.
• Violations of the Acceptable Use Policy.

Wallet refunds, not bank refunds

Refunds are returned to your OTPConnect wallet so you can rebuy instantly. If you prefer a reversal to your bank/UPI instead, contact support within 7 days and we will resolve it manually.
