Privacy Policy

1. What We Store

We store the minimum needed to run the Service: your username, email, hashed password, wallet balance, order history and basic device metadata (IP address, user agent) for security. We do not require your personal phone number or any KYC.

2. How We Use It

To process orders, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, and — with anonymized data only — improve the Service. Payment processing is handled by our payment partners; we never store card details or UPI credentials.

3. SMS Content

Messages you receive are transmitted to your dashboard for the hold period and deleted from active systems afterwards. We do not read or sell your SMS content.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Google Search Console (anonymized, cookie-consented) to understand traffic. You can opt out via your browser settings or standard analytics-blocking extensions.

5. Sharing & Retention

Data is never sold. It is shared only with our upstream number providers (for order routing, using only order IDs — not your identity), payment processors, or when legally required. Account data is kept while your account is active and purged on request.

6. Your Rights

You can export or delete your data any time from your account, or by emailing akramattitudenet@gmail.com.
