Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using OTPConnect ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service provides temporary virtual phone numbers that can receive SMS messages for verification purposes ("OTP"). You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.

2. Wallet, Pricing & Pay-Per-OTP

The Service is prepaid. Wallet credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and non-encashable. When you purchase a number, the displayed price is reserved from your wallet. Under our pay-per-OTP model, if a purchased number fails to receive an SMS and the activation is eligible for cancellation according to provider rules, the amount is refunded to your wallet after the provider confirms the order status. Refunds are credited to the in-app wallet, not to the original payment method, except where required by law.

3. Service Availability

Numbers depend on upstream carrier availability. We do not guarantee that every service will accept a given number at every time — some platforms block VoIP or virtual numbers, and availability fluctuates. Server "Auto" selection chooses the best available route at the moment of purchase.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for activity under your account and API key. Keep credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy or abuse the refund mechanism.

5. No Warranty / Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for account bans, blocks or losses on third-party platforms resulting from use of temporary numbers, nor for indirect damages. Total liability is limited to your wallet balance.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page and, where sensible, by email.
